NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The Lexington VA Healthcare System, Franklin Sousley Division, has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 596-22-703 - EHRM Training & Admin Space Support in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings. The work includes general construction, alterations, walks, electrical, architectural, doors, door hardware, physical access controls and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items shown and identified in the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 455 calendar days for the entire project. Failure to be both verified by CVE and visible on https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission will result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive.
