Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing all labor, materials and equipment for construction of twenty ADA curb ramps in various locations throughout the City. Scope of work includes the installation of ADA curb ramps, truncated domes, sidewalk, retaining curb, curb and gutter, cross gutters, driveways, pavement reconstruction, full depth AC slot pavement, relocation of existing signs and posts, adjustment of pull boxes, pavement striping, markings, raised pavement markers and restoration of landscaping and irrigation system. The engineer's estimate for this project is $100,000.FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, WITH THE BID PROPOSAL SHALL GIVE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
