Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing all labor, materials and equipment for arterial roadway rehabilitation. Scope of work includes construction of ARHM pavement, cold mill and crack sealing, AC pavement, curb and gutters, sidewalks, v-gutters, driveways, signing, striping, markings and pavement legends, adjusting existing utilities to grade, survey markers and monument preservation. The engineer's estimate for this project is $5,000,000.FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, WITH THE BID PROPOSAL SHALL GIVE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
