Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Barrington, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
For the supply and installation of new cedar impressions vinyl siding and wrapping of the entire trim with white aluminum for the Bay Spring Community Center at 170 Narragansett Avenue The prevailing rate of wages for employees employed by contractors or subcontractors of building construction projects in the State of Rhode Island shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on the same type of work on similar construction in the immediate locality as indicated in RI General Law 37-13-8. No bid bond is required. No Performance Bond required. All bidders are required to inform themselves fully of the conditions relating to the construction and labor under which the work will be or is now being performed and the contractor shall employ, as far as possible, such methods and means in carrying out this work will not cause interruption or interference with any other contractor. The Town of Barrington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any minor deviations or informalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town
