Approximately 34' sidewalk 7' wide ADA compliant. 8' of 6"x6" curb at radius stone wall. 22'x16' ramp entrance. Remove existing asphalt and tie new concrete with expansion joint at existing concrete on west end. 6" concrete reinforced, project includes 1/2 " rebar at 2' center or 6"x 6" heavy gauge wire mesh. Minimum exposed 6" curbing on north and south parking lot. East side minimum exposed 6" curb and guttering. All paving shall include expansion joints and control joints with sealants. Grade work and any needed gravel. Contractor responsible for removal and disposal of existing material and debris. Bid shall include start and completion date. Contractor responsible for all utility locates and re-routing of utilities. Contractor must provide Doniphan County with proof of liability insurance and performance bond. Contractor responsible for maintaining the integrity of the historic courthouse building and surrounding grounds. Any damage to the courthouse, its contents or city brick streets will be repaired and/or replaced by the Contractor at their expense. Doniphan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Doniphan County shall determine the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the County. After bids have been submitted, the bidder shall not assert that there was a misunderstanding concerning the quantities of work or of the nature of the work to be done.
