Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Troy, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Bid Letting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 9, 2022, in the office of the Doniphan Co. Commission meeting room. Questions with the scope of work to be completed may be addressed by contacting Sheryl Pierce, RN,Adm., Doniphan Co. Health Dept./Home Health at 785-985-3591. Bid shall include start .and completion date. Contractor must provide Doniphan Co. Health Dept./Home Health with proof of liability insurance and performance bond. Any damage to the Doniphan Co. Health Dept/Home Health building or its contents will be repaired and/or replaced by the Contractor at their expense. Doniphan Co. Health Dept./Home Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Doniphan Co. Health Dept./Home Health shall determine the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the County. After bids have been submitted, the bidder shall not assert that there was a misunderstanding concerning the quantities of work or of the nature of the work to be done.
