The project is awarded to Callanan Industries with an awarded amount of $884,067.00 The Work Includes Providing All Labor, Materials, Machinery, Tools, Equipment and Other Means of Construction Necessary and Incidental to the Completion of the Work Shown on the Plans and Described in These Specifications Including, but Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: Construction of Approximately 1,900 Ft of New Ada Compliant Sidewalks on the West Side of Ny 351 (Reichards Lake Road) From the Intersection With Ny 43 to the Sand Lake Town Beach, Cast-in-place Curbing, Concrete Gutter, and Guide Rail Removal and Replacement. Additionally, It Involves the Installation of a New Drainage Structure, Alteration of an Existing Structure, and the Removal and Installation of Associated Piping. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1st, 2025 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation's website must be followed by the successful bidder. The Town of Sand Lake reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any minor informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Town of Sand Lake.
