The proposals are for:2nd Dyke Road Culvert (the "Project") located on 2nd Dyke Road in the Town of Sand Lake, New York. The Contract generally consists of supplying a new 7 ft. x 9 ft. x 60 ft. precast concrete box culvert for the Town of Sand Lake. The supplied box culvert shall be fabricated as shown on the drawings as prepared by Barton & Loguidice, 10 Airline Drive, Albany, NY 12205 and delivered to the Town of Sand Lake Department of Public Works no later than October 17, 2022. The Bid Documents may be examined and obtained at the Town of Sand Lake Town Hall. Call (518) 674-2026 for directions and hours of operation. To ensure delivery of addenda, only bidders who have obtained the plans from the issuing office will be considered eligible bidders. Bids will only be accepted from firms listed on the official plan holders list.All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. This is a lump sum bid as described in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.The Town of Sand Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
