The City of Manteca (CITY) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms that can provide Construction Management Services. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to create a short list of qualified firms that the city would be able to use to expedite the procurement process for professional service agreements. The short list is expected to be maintained for a period of five (5) years. Firms on this list will then be given individual and project specific Request for Proposals (RFP) on a rotating basis. Services are anticipated to generally include, but are not limited to, Construction management and construction administration services. Consultants will need to demonstrate their experience with Federally Funded, Caltrans Local Assistance Projects in order for their SOQ to be accepted. A Time and Materials, with a maximum Not-To-Exceed fee Agreement will be issued for services provided. Any services provided by the Consultant, which are not specifically covered by the Contract, will not be reimbursed unless authorized in writing in advance by the city. It will be the Consultants responsibility to recognize and notify CITY when services not covered under the Contract have been requested.
