Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Granite Falls, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work specified in this section consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the WWTP Drain Lift Station Replacement project including the installation of owner provided pumps, pump appurtenances and pump control panel. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Install erosion control protection; perform clearing and grubbing of existing site (to include demolition as shown on plans); modifications to the existing wet well (to include the installation of owner provided pumps, pump appurtenances and pump control panel); construct new valve vault with magnetic flow meter; install 4-inch force main (PDD) to tie into existing PDD as shown on plans; provide testing, commissioning and training as specified herein; and restore surfaces disturbed by construction activities. Provide all associated work as shown on the Plans and specified herein, for a complete and workable system.
