As of June 28, 2023, the project has not been awarded. Bids are schedule to be opened today, June 28, 2023, at Granite Falls City Hall. This Contract provides for roadway improvements in and along East Union Street, East Alpine Street and North Granite Avenue. The work to be performed under this contract is separated into three separate schedules of work and includes, but is not limited to, pavement repair and overlay, cement concrete sidewalks and curb ramps, temporary erosion control and pedestrian and traffic control, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be physically complete within 35 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Washington. Engineer's Estimate $310,000 to $315,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
