Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (SCLAA) is requesting bids from a bidder to provide one crane and basket to fill two people and at least four fixtures. The bidders bid shall consist of, but not be limited to; labor, tools, finishing clean up, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the proper completion of the Project per scope of work provided. This meeting has been scheduled to answer questions, allow measurements to be taken, indicate specific details required in this bid, and permit prospective bidders an opportunity to investigate and fully acquaint themselves with existing conditions so they may understand all factors involved in the execution of this project. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. All applicable addenda will be posted on ebidboard and the City of Victorville website. A bid received from a bidder who is not represented by a duly authorized agent at the prebid meeting and job walk shall be considered non-responsive and rejected from further contract award consideration 1. Bidder shall provide one (1) crane and basket to lift two (2) persons and at least four (4) fixtures. Top of pole height is 148 feet; term of work is to be 10 consecutive workdays, excluding weekends and holidays in the month of August or September 2022. Exact dates to be provided in the Notice to Proceed. 2. Bidder shall provide designated certified Rigger. 3. Bid price shall incorporate all surcharges. 4. Airport will provide lane closures, and traffic control during work.
