Prospective bidders must contact the Engineer's office between the business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, to discuss arrangements for the purchase and delivery of the bid package. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11 et seq.) and the requirements of the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., "The Law Against Discrimination" and Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq.
