Site work for a water / sewer project in Byram Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work will include but is not limited to, the following: construction, testing, and commissioning of approximately 1,846 linear feet of HDPE water main replacement of 2" diameter, infrastructure appurtenances, 29 customer service transfers appurtenances, distribution infrastructure modifications, surface restorations. The proposed water main replacement along various road, inclusive of all components are as depicted herein the Construction Documents. The scope of work consists of all structural, mechanical, electrical, and related utility appurtenances, for the installation of the proposed water main. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 100calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the North Shore Water Association, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that They can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to deliver to the Owner an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The submitted bid packages shall be placed in sealed envelopes addressed to SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC., 96 U.S. Highway 206, Flanders, New Jersey. The North Shore Water Association reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt. The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept bids which it deems most favorable to the interest of the NSWA to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Bid or to reject any or all Proposals in accordance with the Specifications and the Bid forms All necessary bid specifications and bid forms may be secured on or after November 24, 2023, upon written request to: SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC.
