Project was awarded to Lanchester Soil for $18,725 The Board of Supervisors of East Nottingham Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania is seeking bids from qualified geotechnical / soils contractors and consultants for the following Basin Retro-fitting Project. Bidders should provide prices for: paper review of proposed basins, site visits to likely candidates including potential hand auger borings; soil profile examination for stormwater management, testing, backhoe digging and reports. Bidders should break down the estimated costs for each of the three steps as well as the cost for backhoe and preparation of the report for a total of the eight basins identified by the township. Bids should also include individual per hour cost for soil scientist/ geologist, office and field technician, permeability testing and materials subcontractors and equipment. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid made payable to East Nottingham Township.
