Bidders are asked to bid on the following: l.Superpave Asphalt Mixes a.450 tons more or less, per specs, hot mix 2.Seal-Coat-In-Place 24,000 sq. yds., more or less, per Section 470 of Penn Dot publication 408 #8 Stone 3.800 Tons Superpave Asphalt Mix design, in-place, 19mm P.G. 64-22 scratch or leveling @ 2aEUR course .0 to .3 million ESALaEUR(TM)s SRL-H. Depth varies 4.Aggregate Materials a.150 tons more or less, per specs, 2B b.300 tons more or less, per specs, 2A c.50 tons more or less, R-3 d.100 tons more or less, per specs, R-4 e.200 tons more or less, per specs, R-5 f.200 tons more or less, R-6 g.500 tons more or less, antiskid 5.Fuels a.2,500 gallons heating oil, more or less, per specs. b.3,500 gallons diesel fuel, more or less, per specs. c.2,000 gallons propane, more or less, per specs. All materials must meet Penn Dot 408 specs. All road work must follow Penn Dot Publication 213 and 234. The performance bond, bid bond and certificate of insurance will be required by the successful bidder. Action will be taken by the municipality on the awarding of each bid item at the May 8, 2023 meeting.
