This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: the WORK consists of filling one subsided mine opening in Carbon County, Utah. Details of the WORK are contained in these Specifications. "OWNER" in these Specifications is defined as the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining. The WORK under this CONTRACT shall be commenced upon notice to proceed and shall be completed within 15 calendar days after the date of email delivery, date of hand delivery, or date marked on registered mail receipt of said Notice to Proceed, and no later than August 31, 2022. WORK delays caused by weather may, at the discretion of the OWNER, extend the completion date. Compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act is not required for this project.
