Project Description: Project includes precautionary measures to divert moisture from entering the north side of the building, including but not limited to: adding snow rail, gutters, downspouts and heat tape to the north side of the roof, removing the concrete berm along the north wall, installing water proofing on the wall, including the foundation to wall connection, repointing as required and applying an elastomeric or other approved or acceptable coating system on the CMU wall up to the bottom of the existing windows. Diverting the surface water to the catch basin on the south east side of the building, including the creation of waterways. On the interior, the concrete pour-back strip along the north wall is to be cut out and replaced additionally, with selected sections of interior concrete near the south doors also to be replaced. Base bid will consist of all work outlined in the plans and specification for the project. Construction Cost Estimate: $311,153.00
