Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Renovation of the 44 Eccles Street building. Retrofit of the mid-twentieth century former school. The work will include interior renovation of all 4 levels to house approximately 46 single bedroom apartments for transitional women in need. The architectural layout, mechanical and electrical systems will be entirely replaced to coincide with the building's vocational change from office building to affordable housing. A handful of units on each floor will meet the universal accessibility standards. TIMELINE: Sub trade tender Package 4 has closed at the Construction Manager.
