All documents related to this solicitation are available in both official languages upon request. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject your submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
