Board of County Commissioners of Okanogan County, Washington will receive qualifications/proposals for: Electrical, Mechanical and Geotechnical Engineering Services Pursuant to the General Definition of Professional Practice in Chapter 18.43 RCW to Review 1980's Jail Heat Pump System Operation, System Control Sequences, System Operational Difficulties, and the Overall History of the Jail HVAC System to Determine a Long-term Solution.
