Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Clay, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work described below at the location indicated with Chapter 5G of the West Virginia Code. Construct a natural playground from the included design at the Town of Clay Municipal Park on the lot adjacent to the Clay Volunteer Fire Department (formerly Telford's Chevrolet). Work shall include, but not be limited to, provide and pack clean fill dirt, equipment assembly and placement, landscape to provide proper drainage in play areas, follow all drawings and design plans provided by The Natural Playground Company, LLC. All work obviously necessary for the completion of the contract shall be included, whether or not shown in the design(s) or specified. The WVU-Extension Service reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason whatsoever. Minority companies are encouraged to apply.
