Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clay, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a municipal facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Clay County Commission will be accepting sealed bids to replace the Courtyard in front of the New Courthouse located at 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043. A brief description of the work is to remove all brick, fountain, benches, light poles and trees in front of the courthouse and dispose of them. Replace courtyard with concrete and curb. Install three new light poles with new wiring and underground conduit. New concrete pad to be broom finished and include four ADA Truncated Dome Pads at all four corners. Must include a copy of current Contractors License and Certificate of Liability Insurance with bid.The County Commission reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
