In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of storm sewer improvements and street construction with approximately the following quantities: o 1,600 CY of Common Excavation o 1,600 CY of Aggregate Base o 3,200 SY of Geotextile Road Fabric o 3,050 SY of Bituminous Course Mixtures - 3.5" Thick (2 Lifts) o 850 LF of B618 Concrete Curb and Gutter All plan holders who order electronic proposals through portal will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractors full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
