Work can begin as early as August but must not exceed October 31, 2018. WORKS : In general and without being limiting, the works consist of: Replace the asphalt shingle on all the roofs; Install a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane to the drip edge, to the existing roof openings as well as along the vertical upstands adjoining the roof, according to the indications on the plans; Redo the waterproofing and the metal flashing of the inverted valley according to the indications on the plans; Replace roof vent flashings/counter-flashings; Add an access hatch on the roof and a ladder in the attic (for 11, 3e Rue only); Add safety anchors on the roof (for 11, 3e Rue only); Clean the gutters (kept in place) at the end of the work The work includes labour, tools, machinery, as well as all demolition, sealing, soling, anchoring, preparation and consolidation of existing supports and surfaces and all other work. incidents which, not being shown on the drawings or described in the specifications, are usual and necessary for its completion and for the use for which it is intended.
