This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Institute of Trades & Technology ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for complete design-build services of replacing two boilers at the MITT Pembina Campus at 1551 Pembina Highway, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). Deadline for questions July 7, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
