Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mechanicsville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
St. Marys County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting price quotes for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required to remove and dispose existing 400W Prismatic Glass Mercury Luminaires with covers in the gymnasium and UFO style fluorescent fixtures in the cafetorium ceiling and install new 100W LED high bay light fixtures in each room as specified in Attachment A - C. St. Marys County Public Schools (SMCPS) desires to engage the services of a contractor to remove and dispose twenty-two (22) Type D prismatic glass mercury luminaires and install six (6) new Type O 150W LED high bay light fixtures or equivalent as specified in General Scope of Work. All work performed under this Project/Contract shall be coordinated, supervised, and monitored by the contractor. Vendor shall ensure that all employees report to the main office in school buildings daily to sign-in and sign-out while work is being performed. Question Deadline 07/12/2022 at 3:00 PM ET
