The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Vegetation Management and Prescribed Fire Planning. The County of Sonoma Regional Parks Department is soliciting proposals for the purpose of developing an Open Scope Agreement for work on various projects over a three-year term beginning in the summer 2022. The Scope of Work (Exhibit A) is not specific to any one project but rather a collection of the types of services and tasks generally needed within the particular discipline. For questions regarding this specific solicitation, email Dawn Gutsch at dawn.gutsch@sonoma-county.org. The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2022, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $16.75 per hour, an increase over the previous $15.00 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 14, 2021, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
