Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Petit-Rocher, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work covered under this project at Petit-Rocher public wharf located in Gloucester County, New-Brunswick, consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the construction of anchor blocks and strong arm assemblies, installation of floating docks and gangways, electrical services, and the construction of a new parking area for the users of the floating docks. The work under this contract consists of, but not be limited to, salvage of granular layers adjacent to rock protection, for reuse in new work, reconfiguration of dredged materials in the containment cell, construction and installation strong arm assemblies and new precast concrete anchor blocks for the gangways, reconfigure armour rock protection to install new concrete blocks at gangway, new electrical service and lighting to the concrete blocks at the gangway, supply and installation of geotechnical fabrics and granular layers, fabrication of concrete anchor blocks. (to secure floating wharves), supply of chains, shackles and master links. (for floating wharves), installation of floating docks and gangways, reinstallation of armour rock protection around the concrete blocks. The floating docks and gangway will be supplied by Others Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract, including environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract. Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment. All work under this contract must be completed ten (10) weeks after contract is awarded.
