Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide milling and resurfacing improvements to various roads within Lee County, Florida. The Bid Bond shall be issued by a surety authorized to do business and in good standing with the Florida Department of State. Performance and Payment Bond: As further described in the Contract, the successful Bidder shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Awarded Contract amount within seven (7) calendar days after notification by the County of the approval to award the Contract, the costs of which are to be paid by the successful Bidder. Such Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in the form prescribed by the Exhibits to the attached Contract.
