The project is located at 748 Sunterra Shores Drive, Katy, Texas 77493, in the Harris - Waller Counties Municipal Utility District No. 4 and the City of Houston, ETJ, approximately 1,790 linear feet southwest of the intersection of Stockdick Road and Pitts Road, and in Waller County, Texas. (Waller County Key Map No. 443-C) The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plant to construct Sunterra Lift Station No. 3 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of an eight-foot (8') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating; well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories; riser piping; valves; coatings; fence and gates; concrete pavement; crushed concrete pavement; site work; 6-inch (6") on-site force main piping; 24-inch (24") on-site storm piping and storm inlet; 12-inch (12") on-site sanitary sewer piping; RPZ backflow preventer and 1" potable water piping; backflow preventer slab; manual transfer switch and receptable; lift station control panel; service rack and control panel slab; automatic telephone dialer; electrical service disconnect switches; conduit; wire; trench safety system; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; construction staking; coordination, construction and commissioning of a pad mounted electrical service, and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
