Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lancaster, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Assess condition of sewer system, lift station and force main and prepare conceptual design (30%) for repairs and/or replacement of lift station/force main and adjacent facilities. Sewer lift station and force main are located at H8/35th St E. The State Water Resources Control Board requried Council to approve of the City Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) in order to take over and operate the Icoal sewer system. The lift station was installed in 1995 and the City is requried to perform a condition assessment by or before 30 years per the approved SSMP. This project is in included in the City of Lancaster FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 29, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
