The City of Lancaster (City) intends to select various Consultant firms/teams to provide various Professional Services, for the term January 2023 to December 2026, to facilitate the implementation of the City's Capital Improvement Program and other municipal programs. The Consultant firms/teams rated as most qualified to provide services will be invited to negotiate a final agreement. As Capital Improvement Projects and municipal programs become funded during the term of the agreement, Task Orders will be issued for the specific project for which the services are being retained, depending on the size and/or technical complexity of the Project, funding availability, and the type of services required. At the discretion of the City, any project requiring services that are already contracted through this RFQ may still be bid if the City so chooses. Deadline for questions/clarification requests: Thursday, July 14, 2022 @ 2:00 PM Responses to questions posted on: Thursday, July 21, 2022 Tentative Contract Approvals by Council: October 11, 2022 All questions and/or requests for interpretation or clarification, either administrative or technical, about the Request for Qualifications, must be submitted in writing to Purchasing, at bidinquiries@cityoflancasterca.gov The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
