The Contractor shall perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) services and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel, per diem, and any other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) for the Health Care Facility Improvement Program (HCFIP), at the California State Prison Los Angeles County (LAC), located at 44750 60th Street West, Lancaster, CA 93536. Any letters of inquiry must be submitted in writing to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response.
