"2022/2023 Materials Bids" 1,000 Tons Super pave WMA, 9.5mm, PG 64S-22, Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 Million ESAL, SRL-L 300 Tons Super pave WMA, 25.0mm, PG 64S-22, Base Course, 0.0 to 0.3 Million ESAL 500 Gallons of Asphalt Emulsified Tack Applied in Place 100 Tons Super pave WMA, 9.5mm, PG 64S-22, Wearing Course, Any ESAL, SRL-Any 300 Tons Super pave WMA, 19.0mm, PG 64S-22, Binder Course, 0.0 to 0.3 Million ESAL, SRL-L 500 Tons of Penn DOT 2A Aggregate 500 Tons of AASHTO #57 Aggregate 300 Tons of Penn DOT Anti Skid AS2, AS3 or AS4 100 Tons of AASHTO #1 Aggregate 100 Tons of Concrete Sand 100 Tons of AASHTO #8 with 2% Loss by Wash All materials must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Coaldale Borough. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Borough Council of Coaldale reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
