All interested parties are invited to attend. The selection of the contractor will not be made at this meeting. Rather, each respective bid will be qualified by the Architect and suggestions along with corresponding bid tabulation forms will be provided to the district. Description of the Type and Location of the Project: 2022 Pressbox, Courtyard, and Batting Cage Project - Janesville Pre-K-12 School, 505 Barrick Road, Ja-nesville, Iowa. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Pressbox: Demo of existing pressbox. Wood Framed Construction of new pressbox. This will uti-lize Metal siding and roofing. The Courtyard: Project will require underground piping and drainage, grading and installation of new concrete, concrete stairs, steel handrails, masonry work, dampproofing, aluminum windows, steel lintels, rubber mats and miscellaneous other disciplines. Batting Cages will require the demolition of existing cages and removal. Additionally, the project will provide and install new batting cages including concrete foundations and carpeting as re-quired. All projects will require excavation, grading, and seeding of all disturbed areas. Please reference "Construction Timeframe" on Bid Form 004000 in regard to scheduling requirements.
