Renovation of an educational facility in Janesville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Janesville Wrestling Room Bidders will be required to provide a security deposit in the form of an approved Bid Bond, cashiers or certified check, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, including alternates, in a separate attached envelope. Bid security shall be made payable to the Treasurer of the Janesville Consolidated School District. Performance Bond and Labor, Material and Payment Bond will be required by the successful bidder in the full amount of the contract. The anticipated construction schedule is between June 3rd, 2025 - August 1st, 2025.
