The project consists of electrical work at three district buildings: High School, Middle School, and Elementary School. The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed. The period of onsite work is between July 18th and August 31st, 2022. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than August 31st , 2022. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
