The City of Greenfield (City) is accepting proposals from qualified firms or teams to prepare the requisite CEQA and NEPA documents and conduct a review of technical reports for the City of Greenfield Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Spray Field Expansion Project. The applicant is the City Public Works Department. The project is an urgent and priority part of the Master Planning Process to address the City wastewater treatment needs through the year 2040 and to meet the new Regional Water Control Board General Order requirements. If you or your firm has experience with preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents for public improvement projects, and specifically environmental documents that will comply with State Board State Revolving Fund (SRF) funding requirements, we invite you to respond to the City's Request for Proposals (RFP). Greenfield has a current population of approximately 17,700 residents, with an incorporated area of 1.7 square miles. The project site is the existing Greenfield Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Northeast end of Walnut Avenue in Greenfield, CA.
