Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/20/2022 5:00 PM (PDT). Scope of Services Owner will receive Bids for fabrication, installation, maintenance, services and repairs on warm-air heating systems and water heating heat pumps, complete with warm-air appliances; ventilating systems complete with blowers and plenum chambers; air-conditioning systems complete with air conditioning unit; and the ducts, registers, flues, humidity and thermostatic controls and air filters in connection with any of these systems. This scope could include HVAC systems that utilize solar energy. Final Job Order project scopes could include repairs to materials and systems that touch HVAC systems. The County intends to award one or more Job Order Contracts for HVAC services. Each contract shall have a Maximum Contract Value of $2,000,000 with the option to increase to the state maximum allowable by California Public Contract Code (PCC) Section 20128.5. Each contract will have a Potential Minimum Contract Value that the Contractor has the opportunity to perform of $25,000. This section provides that counties may award annual contracts, none of which shall exceed $3 million (as adjusted annually per the CPI index which is currently $5,402,865.80).
