For Emerson and Kingsley Park Improvements Addenda will be emailed from Avalon Document Services to Bidders listed on the official Plan Holders List. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by securely stapling in place all addenda within the front or back covers of the proposal book. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. The City of Buffalo will not be responsible for full or partial set of Contract Documents, including any Addenda obtained from any other source. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Emily Handelman at ehandelman@chacompanies.com no later than 4pm on July 7, 2022. Bidders shall promptly notify Emily Handelman at ehandelman@chacompanies.com of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents.
