Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Jail univentilator removal and installation of furnished new changeair unit. Remove existing unit ventilator, recover refrigerant, and dispose of unit off-site. Furnish and install one Changeair model HWC 48 1500 G A vertical unit ventilator, which matches existing unit in the cell block. Provide and install 2" foam insulation board to block off unused are of the outdoor louver. Fabricate and install required 24 gage galvanized sheet metal panels to cover unused outside air openings. Connect to existing electrical and temperature controls. Furnish one local mechanical permit fee.
