This is Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") by the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland (the "City") to submit bids for Storm Sewer Rehabilitation (Relining). The work generally includes but is not limited to the cured in place pipe relining, joint sealing, and CCTV inspection. The City of Clarence-Rockland (CCR) is looking for a competitive bid from a contracting firm to help the municipality update its storm water system. As part of the 2022 capital budget, CCR has initiated a storm water a non evasive rehabilitation project to help improve the level of service by addressing the inflow and infiltration of ground water into the storm water infrastructure with the use of Cured In Place Pipe and in pipe Joint Sealing while being a cost-effective solution with minimal traffic disruption, these repairs will provide a way for the City's system to maintain storm pipe structural integrity and prevent some pipes from overloading during the wet seasons.
