Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Sheboygan is soliciting sealed bids for the relocation and installation of new Evaporator and Condenser coils on a one for one basis to replace existing units at Fire Station #4 located in Sheboygan, WI. Bid Security, in the form of a Certified Check, cashiers check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid amount shall accompany each bid and a performance and payment bond equivalent to 100% of the Bid price shall be required. Bidders are required to inspect the existing conditions at the Fire Station. All bids received shall remain in effect for not less than 60 days beyond the bid due date. The City of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any bids received, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality associated with the bid process and award the bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Sheboygan.
