**Project awarded to the following bidders: 1. General Construction to Lobar, Inc., in the amount of $21,982,000, including alternates GC2, GC3, and GC6 2. Plumbing Construction to Jay R. Reynolds, Inc., in the amount of $2,646,300, including alternates P2, P3, P4, and P5 3. Mechanical Construction to Frey Lutz Corporation, in the amount of $4,327,000, including alternate M3 4. Electrical Construction to Lobar, Inc., in the amount of $5,570,500, including alternates E1, E2, and E4 5. Civil Work to York Excavating, LLC, in the amount of $7,668,000 including alternates C1 and C3 New Construction Prime Base Bids will be received for the following: Base Bid A -General Construction Work. Base Bid B - Plumbing Work. Base Bid C - Mechanical Work (HVAC). Base Bid D- Electrical Work. Base Bid E - Civil Work. The new building will be approximately 105,000 square feet. The work is to be completed on the existing 33 acre site. The existing school facility will remain in operation, with the new construction completed prior to full demolition.
