Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the Lankford Drive NW Sanitary Sewer Extension, CU Project No. S-2987X, will be received by the Owner. Any bid mailed shall be sent to Cleveland Utilities Water and Wastewater Division, ATTN: Sam Dyer P.E., P. O. Box 2730, Cleveland, TN 37320-2730. Any bid sent by Fedex or similar company shall be sent to Cleveland Utilities, Attention: Sam Dyer, PE, 2435 Guthrie Drive, N.W., Cleveland, TN, 37312. The Project consists of the installation of 236.6 L.F. of 8 dia. sewer main. The allotted time for construction is to be 90 consecutive calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Sam Dyer. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
