Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Surprise, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One (MWD) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Management at Risk firms to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services for the implementation of a new irrigation well. The proposed irrigation well will be constructed at the southeast corner of 175th Avenue and W. Cactus Road. The planned capacity of the irrigation well is approximately 1,065 gallons per minute. The proposed irrigation well will consist of the initial borehole drilling and testing, surface casing, 20" well c5892822asing/screening, to a depth of approximately 1,050 feet, well development, submersible pump & motor, electrical equipment, telemetry, and SCADA, approximately 100 feet of 10" diameter transmission pipe, and appurtenant facilities. The estimated construction cost is approximately $2.4 million.
