Harford County Department of Social Services is seeking bids from qualified janitorial services companies for the routine cleaning of the 22,334 sq. ft. office at Harford County Department of Social services, Family Investment Administration, 2029 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078. 2. BACKGROUND Harford County Department of Social Services Family Investment Administration is the state's human services provider. Harford County Department of Social Services Family Investment Administration will aggressively pursue opportunities to assist people in economic need, provide prevention services, and protect vulnerable children and adults. Harford County Department of Social Services Family Investment Administration help vulnerable Marylanders buy healthy foods, pay energy bills, and obtain medical assistance. Harford County Department of Social Services Family Investment Administration also provides stable environments for at-risk children and adults. 3. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT The janitorial services schedule is every weekday daily, excluding state holidays.
