Type 3 Slurry Seal and Open Grade Slurry Seal Specifications: Pricing should be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 and be guaranteed for any location in La Paz County and include: Use of the ADOT Asphalt index for pricing, Oil, Labor, Tax and any other needs for a TYPE 3 Slurry (minimum 20 pounds per square yard) and for an OPEN GRADE Slurry (minimum 50 pounds per square yard). Pricing should be submitted per square yard. Potential Award Monday, August 1, 2022 at 10:00AM Proposals In accordance with the following and in compliance with all terms and conditions, unless otherwise noted, the proposing individual/firm offers and agrees, if bids are accepted, to furnish items or services for which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, delivered or furnished to designated points within the time specified. It is understood and agreed that with respect to all terms and conditions accepted by La Paz County the items or services offered and accompanying attachments shall constitute a Contract. NOTE: La Paz County does not discriminate against an offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or any other basis prohibited by Federal or state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity.
