The Project involves the renovation of a portion of the former Cheyenne Frontier Days Headquarters space located in the southeast corner of the existing Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum building located at 4610 Carey Avenue. This area of the building is no longer occupied. The approximate area is +- 8,500 SF, single level. The Project involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the project, including, but not limited to selective demolition, excavation, construction of concrete foundations, masonry veneer, steel beams and columns, cold formed metal stud framed walls, roof and partitions, insulation, doors and frames, aluminum storefront, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and other related items of work. As of August 15, 2022, a general contractor has yet to be awarded.
